Cancelling Autopay
You can cancel an Autopay subscription at any time from Membership > Cancel Autopay, or from your UPI app or bank, where the mandate is listed. After you cancel you will not be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
- If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra amount in full.
- If a payment was deducted but your plan or boosts were not activated within 24 hours, contact us and we will either activate them or refund you.
- If you contact us within 48 hours of your first paid charge and have not used paid features much, we will refund it on request.
- Apart from the cases above, payments for periods that have started and boosts that have been used are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms or Community Guidelines are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery
fthdthdtjhdjgfgh is a digital service. Plans and boosts are activated online immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
